Draft Dominator vs Compiler - sell me on Compiler

Besides the fact the Draft Dominator is focking Free and besides the loyalty factor of going with the Compiler to support Mike&Mike Which one is actually better ? I downloaded the Dominator from Footballgays and it is actually pretty sweet ( especially being it was totally free - at least that version ). i never have had the compiler before and was actually thinking of getting it this season.

 

So for those that have seen / used both -- what are the pros an cons of both ?

I saw it too. But in order to get updated projections you have to purchase a one-year subscription for $25.95 to Football Guys. I'll take the Compiler with frequently updated projections compared to that price.

Moz can you input others projections into the Dominator.

 

 

The other, I have used it for several seasons now.

It helps me keep track of what has been taken.

Allows me to tweak the lists.

And generate the best team to manage during the year.

Moz, for my part, Compiler is great, Mike & Mike aside. Frequent updates, ability to average in other sites, and the Draft Buddy is the capper. Last year I was making predictions on who was gonna draft what position (RB, WR, TE, etc) and getting those right 90% of the time and getting the player they were about to pick right about 75% of the time because I could easily see what each team had and what the needed. I'm sold on the damn thing and will use it again this year without doubt.

Moz it isn't free unless you draft in June/early July...otherwise, you need to pay in order get updated projections and such.

Who uses other peoples projections though?!?!?! Whats the point of playing FF if you dont even do your own projections? Thats like having someone else draft your team for you. I play FF because I think Im good enough to beat my leaguemates using my OWN knowledge.

I don't buy the compiler for the projections necessarily. I do it for the software, and use the projections as a baseline. I then go and adjust some of the player's projections, but to go and do projections for every single player would take more time than I have. I play in some large dynasty leagues with IDP, so doing projections for every player is way too much work.
