Now he'll at least be a backup on a good team (read good O-line). He needed a new start, and i'm hoping that GB is it. Pederson is not the answer in GB should Favre get hurt or retire after this year. If he were, Couch wouldn't be there. This pick is less for this year and more for 2 years from now. I already have Hasselbeck and Bledsoe to tow the line this season. IMO he will either stay with GB and be Brett's heir, or use his time there to show his is a team player, absorb what he can from Brett and then move on to a place he can start. He has been REALLY disappointing, but Ryan Leaf he isn't. He had a few years where he showed promise. Anyway, I just think the GB signing was a step in the right direction for his career. Is it too much to ask people to send lists if they know they'll be away for extremely long periods of time, especially during the business days?
