I haven't had one in a while and I just opened one and I was like WTF? It had seriously shrunk since I last had one.

 

To companies always minimizing their products. Of course, they don't charge any less either.

DD Munchkins could be shrinking, I'd have to check. The potato chip thing has been on on-going issue. Don't you know they pack the bag by weight, so some settling may occur?

It's amazing how many food products have "shrunk" -without the manufacturer telling anybody. They did a special on this a while ago - coffee cans used to contain a pound - pretty much universally. Then, they just started gradually making the cans smaller and smaller.

They all do it. The worst though is the Girl Scout cookies. Have you seen what they have done to the Samoans?!?! Not only did the cookies themselves get smaller, but they space them farther apart! It's like when I used to shrink the margins and 2.5 space my essays in college for cryin' out loud.

Those have got to be the worst. Those cookies are almost the size of a quarter now. And I think there's like 10 in a box. I appreciate helping them out and all, but on the cookies.

They're actually called Samoas, but it's funny to hear you talk about girl scouts making Samoans stand far apart from each other.
