I gave them a $50 and told them to keep the change ($15) - I am a small-scale philanthropist. They were accompanied by a total MILF (sorry for the hackneyed acronym). Mom was wearing a khaki-skirt and I can't help but think the pantied crotch shot she gave me when squatting down to retrieve the cookies from the wagon was totally intentional. Licensed bakers can offer up to eight varieties of Girl Scout Cookies; only three types are mandatory: Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Sandwich/Do-si-dos™ and Shortbread/Trefoils. The national Girl Scout organization reviews and approves all varieties proposed by the bakers. Any of the five optional cookies can be changed every year. Each bakery names its own cookies, so Girl Scout Cookies that are quite similar may have different names. Suggestions for new cookies are welcome, but the national Girl Scout organization can make no promise to use them. Before someone goes idiot and calls me a liar. According to sales: Thin Mints is the favorite closely followed by Samoas®/Caramel deLites, then it's Peanut Butter Patties®/Tagalongs®, Peanut Butter Sandwich/Do-si-dos But, apparently, they aren't EXACTLY the same: Samoas are made by Little Brownie Bakers. They are circular, with an orange color and are thicker from top to bottom, usually they also contain more caramel per coconut, and they are made with dark chocolate. The Caramel deLites, made by ABC Bakers, are actually hexagonal, with a more yellowish tinge, are made with milk chocolate rather than dark chocolate, and more of the cookie comes through in the flavor because of the lower caramel content. Back when I was in my 20s I could eat anything and not gain a pound. Then 31 hit and it was all over. Now I can't even eat three crappy meals in a week or my pants don't fit right. My favorites used to be Samoas (east coast), but then they came up with AllAbouts - which are basically a rectangular shortbread with chocolate on one side. I think they use a pound of butter per cookie. I can't uy them anymore or it's fatty central, so I have them sent overseas to the troops. I bet if they were sent to the insurgents, they would lay down their weapons immediately upon savering the taste of sweet, buttery, democratic goodness. Girl Scouts are witches in training, trying to strong arm the helpless into buying their cookies to support their sinister plans. Ever see a pack of these banged out cvnts gang up on an elderly couple at the supermarket, demanding that they buy their packaged, overpriced sugary turds? It's not pretty. BOYCOTT!!!!!
