Riddlen 1 Posted February 13, 2007 sigh. We are going to the local theatre and that means slim pickins. Which sucks the least?
Yer mom 2 Posted February 13, 2007 Good heavens, im sorry. Whatta lousy selection. For me to go to the theatre, something good has to be out. Have you guys seen The Departed? It comes out today on DVD! Maybe have the lovely Mrs. bake nekkid at home and make it a Blockbuster night?
rallo 132 Posted February 13, 2007 i'd say bridge to terabithia probably has the best chance to be decent for the both of you... not saying it'll be good, but shiiit... look at those norbit - has to be god awful right? fat suit/ fart jokes... meh epic movie - overdone... probably not funny ghost rider - has nicholas cage done a good movie this millenium??? music and lyrics - chick flick central, your wife would have to give you three consecutive blow jobs in order to sit through hugh grant's "awkward humor" hannibal rising - might be good... red dragon and hannibal were ok, but does this mrs. like extreme violoence? Because i said so - fock off seriously so ask your wife... "are you gonna give me 3 consec blow jobs if we see music and lyrics??" and if she says no... i guess stay home or see the "kid's movie" that has potential
jerryskids 5,289 Posted February 13, 2007 IMO a theater is not a "date," it is a place where you sit next to someone and watch a movie. Unless you plan on some heavy petting I spose.

Hey, did you ever see the popcorn box scene in the movie "Diner?" (Great movie.)
IGotWorms 3,382 Posted February 13, 2007 Wow. I'd just do something different. Anything. That list blows.
Groundhog 24 Posted February 13, 2007 Let me guess. In your town, Applebee's qualifies as "fine dining".
Brown Eyed Girl 1 Posted February 13, 2007 Ditch the movie! Do something else for the evening. I'm sure the two of you can think of something fun to do together?

phillybear 365 Posted February 14, 2007 Definitely avoid Epic Movie. Terrible word of mouth. And it's likely to be as awful as Date Movie was.
frank 2,157 Posted February 14, 2007 If you go to see Music and Lyrics, be sure to buy yourself a new dress for the occasion.
bob_probert_2000 1 Posted February 14, 2007 May not be the best choice in Detroit if you want to hear the movie, but Stomp the Yard was decent if it is still out.
