I've seen that, but it's like $10 a jar vs. $2 for PB. Worth the difference in your opinion?

Huh.

 

I used to have to get it at wholefoods market, and it was almost three times the cost.

 

The Publix (largest grocery chain in FL) by my house just started carrying it and its a little less than twice the cost of regular peanut butter.

 

At 2-3 times the cost, definitely worth the difference. 5 times the cost, then it might become a matter of personal taste.

 

If you dig cashews as much as I do, you owe it to yourself to at least try a jar and then decide.

 

FWIW - fat, cholesterol & sodium counts are virtually identical to PB

my supermarket only stocks the one "organic" brand. probably why it's so expensive. good to know about the nutritional data.

I absofockinglutley hate peanut butter. Actually, I can honestly say that I have never eaten a peanut butter and jelly sandwich; Ever. Does that make me weird? :D

I have a friend who is a plumber. He came over to install a dishwasher for me (for beers and dinner). I spackled a bunch of peanut butter in his plumber's crack. He didn't think it was a funny as I did. Never understood why. :huh: It's not like I used the crunchy kind.
