wiffleball 4,790 Posted May 2, 2007 Several beers punctuated with shots of liquor. Okay, here's a suggestion: + Package of any kind of pasta you like. I prefer penne, but whatever. Angel hair is nice too. + container of store-bought pesto. You can find it by the fresh pasta. + skinless/boneless chicken breast strips. Just as easy to buy the Tyson pre-cooked if you want. + Optional: Cherry tomatoes (halved), Black olive slices, artichoke hearts, Pinon nuts (roast in a pan for 2 minutes). Put all this together. It is equally good hot or cold. It's a snap to make. With the left overs (depending upon your pasta), you can cut it up really fine and serve it as a 'pilaf' with another entree.
