well i find it ironic that me as a black woman is the one of the few people defending interracial relationships.

i have said nothing negative against it and as a matter of fact i've tried to lift their relationship up out of the gutter where you all tried to place it, by saying white women only want the big black cack.

i'm the one disagreeing with that premise.

you see, when you are secure with who you are there is no slight when anyone finds love and happiness.

i'm not mad when my black brothers love my white sisters or when they love other black brothers.

it has no reflection on me or my ability to find a partner.

You've proven repeatedly you're a better person than the sociological mean (white or black). You may not be the paradoxical "Exception that proves the rule", but you certainly aren't the exception that disproves it either.

The sad fact in life is that - and many women won't even admit this to their best friends - But yes, some marriages break up, some really good men get passed by - Because some women DO need a really huge pecker in their hoo-ha. Just like men's paenis sizes differ, wimmen's vag depth and width sizes differ radically too. I've alredy done my post on my experience as to why some women specifcally target Black guys - and I don't think it's the pecker, but I certainly can't discount it alltogether as a possibility in isolated cases.

well, i will say this, i'm not white and i don't have any white friends that have dated black men so i don't know for sure. i just don't believe that black men have bigger peenies.

i will admit that i won't date a man with a small peenie for long.

someone once said to me that you never really know how racist a person is or isn't until you start talking about interracial dating. and i do think that's true. especially if it involves that person's son or daughter.

 

anyway, there are 2 things that are in effect here. physical attraction - which is mostly necssary to even want to have sex with someone (usually) and the pride factor - the ability to brag about who you had sex with, and the possibility of doing it again.

 

i dont have any problem with people being attracted to certain things. you cant really help it. like how i like brick houses over alum. siding or how someone else may really like the southwestern decor that i cant stand. it's personal preference. it's understanding the reasons why we have certain prejudices about race that is more important. like if you say brick houses are ugly because your great uncle had one and he beat you as a kid. there's something wacked about that. our biases are the problem, not the preferences themselves.

 

i happen to find certain black men attractive, but i would never say anything about ALL black men because that's ridiculous. there are some really fugly black people, as there are white people or asians or any other race. i would never walk into a club and pick out a certain race, i notice good looking people regardless of skin color. and anyone who feels the need to psychoanalyze other people's choices in bed partners should just go to hell. (that's my new phrase for this board)

No no. I mean if you aren't attracted to black/asian/mexican/middle eastern/etc men/women that it doesn't make you racist. It's just not what your'e particularly attracted to. Another thing I was thinking, and this is sort of on my original point. It's like, at least where I live and I assume in most places, there are quite a lot fewer black men. Therefore, there's a bit of a "novelty" to it. (I know, that sounds racist. I don't mean it that way.) Like, the women may seem to think that, wow, that's something different. Never tried that before. I suppose it's the same thing as like, some guys having a fascination for Asian chicks (beautiful btw). You see it as something unlike yourself, so it feels like a surreal experience that is purely about the sexual act itself. You can forget your inhibitions because you're just engaging in the act for the sake of the act because it isn't with someone who "looks like you" and you don't indentify that same connection as you would with someone who looks more like you and is involved in a similar culture. I suppose it really IS more of a culture thing. Because a black woman raised in some white suburb or something (forgive the stereotype) is going to be attracted naturally to the people she is raised with and has that familiarity with. Therefore, she feels like she's "breaking out" and having a new experience by having sex with a black man later in life, although they both happen to be black.

I remember seing something like this on Star Trek TNG. Commander Riker was doing some reconnaissance on a planet that was about to get warp capability. He got hurt real bad while being undercover on the planet. The doctors of the planet figured out he was an alien to their world.

 

Anyway, Riker was going to try and escape. One of the females of the planet said she would help him escape, but only if he focked her first. Since he wanted to escape, he focked her.

 

She seemed overwhelmed with the thought of having sex with something unlike herself.
