You can talk about assault all you want when you have adults involved. Kids beat the crap out of each other. This way they don't grow up to be pussies who whine about their entitlement; typically, these kids end up dying with no friends nor family, but 84 sickly cats in an apartment. I dished out some beatings, and I took some beatings.

There is a big difference between a fight and real violence like shooting somebody with a gun.

 

My point is that any faggity family that actually sues somebody for bullying their kid is just silly beyond comprehension. I want to go down to Buttfock, Arkansas and punch that kid in the throat. That would be better parenting that what kid is exposed to now.

Absolutely. The bullies got screwed over. This country needs to protect the rights of the oppressors of children, those that antagonize our kids. Because without these brave young men, our morale and character building system will simply collapse.

If it were a one-shot deal I might agree, but it seems to be an ongoing thing and they have apparently tried other options to no avail. I can't say I really blame them. At the very least it might inspire the bullies' parents to do some parenting themselves.

OR this propels parents into suing schools and parents after ONE incident of bullying. God knows that parents sue after one incident for any outrageous claim.

This is my concern, that precedent is being set to enable this sort of behavior.
