My bro-in law is likely to head over sometime this year, he has managed to skirt it for a while, but unlikely he can keep getting so lucky. I tried to give him the good word from when i was in theatre, but my experience was something different from what he would likely face as an S2.... Any tid bits to offer to help him through it?
