Angry White Male 0 Posted November 6, 2008 So this RINO loses to the worst possible candidate the Demwits could have put up, a black guy with a Muslim-sounding name, Socialist policies, and connections to terrorists and black separatists. And now his campaign is throwing Sarah Palin under the bus. What a focking loser this guy is. Palin is the future of our Party, not McCain, he needs to STFU and go back to Arizona. wiffleball 4,790 Posted November 6, 2008 For those of you who can't click on the link: Here's is actual content coming NOT from Olberman, NOT from Huffington, but from McCain's own people and reported on FOX of all places. She didn't know the countries in NAFTA She didn't know the countries in NORTH AMERICA She didn't understand basic civics She didn't understand that Africa was a continent and not a country She didn't understand that South Africa was a country BOR: She can be tutored. She refused interview preparation for the Couric interview BOR: What was the problem with the Couric interview?? (Uh, she made an ass of herself?) McCain: The questions from Couric weren't unfair. After refusing interview prep for Couric, Focking it up, she then blamed the McCain staff. Sarah Palin threw tantrums when she saw her press clippings - reducing her staff to tears. She's a shopaholic (ya think?)

wiffleball 4,790 Posted November 6, 2008 Man, it's amazing how she's being thrown under the bus a day after the elections. I dunno, it seems like she crawled under there all by herself. Love the story that she wanted to give her own concession speech. This hillbilly c unt got her 15 minutes and does NOT want to give up the spotlight.

Yeah, and she couldn't even name the NAFTA countries. I guess it's too difficult to memorize Mexico, Canada and the U.S. Her foreign policy "experience" would have been just greta. Blitzen 0 Posted November 6, 2008 This still reflects more poorly on McCain than it does on her. Did no one in his staff bother to ask her questions before calling her in as the so-called game changer? She was a game changer alright...

She's a shopaholic (ya think?) It gets better: At the GOP convention in St. Paul, Palin was completely unfazed by the boys' club fraternity she had just joined. One night, Steve Schmidt and Mark Salter went to her hotel room to brief her. After a minute, Palin sailed into the room wearing nothing but a towel, with another on her wet hair. She told them to chat with her laconic husband, Todd. "I'll be just a minute," she said. http://www.newsweek.com/id/167581/page/2 Sorry, no pix or can size. supermike80 1,922 Posted November 6, 2008 I really respect John McCain, wanted him in 2000, but because of Iraq was on the fence until her nomination made me tilt Obama. Yep me too. One major decision to make...pick a running mate....and he blew it completely. I fear that if he blew that decision, what other major decisions might he blow later? That was the deciding factor for me. Not a yooge Obama fan, but I couldn't justify that poor choice with my vote.

For me, it wasn't like the bolded part. It was more like "Damn, this guy will do ANYTHING to get elected." It was such a cynical, obvious move. He'd already caved on the fundies - one of the things I liked best about him in 2000 was that he refused to cater to those nitwits. He caved on torture (one of his most admirable stances). Palin was pretty much the last straw. The dude surrendered himself to the same jagoffs that smeared him about having an "illigitimate black child" in 2000. That disgusted me. The Real John McCain would have punched these guys in the face. They are the guys who focked up his campaign. But John allowed it to happen.
