The Next Generation 10 Posted January 12, 2009 Oh, cool. I was afraid that a member had a sick baby or somethjing. I concur, good luck to the Mackgee family. Hope all goes well. My now 7-week old son (our 1st) has RSV, developed a hernia from all the coughing/straining and now has laryngitis on top of everything. Made 2 separate trips to the ER withing 24 hrs. Seeing the pediatric surgeon tomorrow for a consult. UGH...
Phurfur 70 Posted January 12, 2009 As it turns out, my company has a conference the following week in Scottsdale. My boss is going but I'm gonna try my best to convince him to send me. I know all kinds of folks out there, so lodging is not an issue. I'm sure you can get tickets out there. It's not like Cards' fans are die hard fans. Plenty of great restaurants and bars in Scottsdale, too. Fun town. Let me know if you go, and if I go, maybe we can meet up and I can kick your azz. If you are a Philly fan and can't get tickets to the game the Upper Deck Sports Grill is the bar to be at in Scottsdale.
GhostofMeanMachine99 1 Posted January 12, 2009 If you are a Philly fan and can't get tickets to the game the Upper Deck Sports Grill is the bar to be at in Scottsdale. Is that the one located within the outdoor mall in Old Scottsdale? I popped into this sportsbar one time and had a tremendous burger. I can't remember the name of it, damnit. I spent a month in Scottsdale a few years back for training, during February. It was tremendous to go out for lunch, catch Giants' BP while having a few slices in the nice Arizona sun. Great place to be during the winter months.

BMoney 0 Posted January 18, 2009 Arizona is looking really sharp early on. McNabb looks awful so far. looks like the powerhouse nfc west continuing to own the nfc east in recent playoff games....
phillybear 366 Posted January 18, 2009 looks like the powerhouse nfc west continuing to own the nfc east in recent playoff games.... Well, let's not get crazy here. I have some decent money on Arizona (+2.5) first half. Don't jinx me. Wait until half time, please.
roroco 75 Posted January 18, 2009 The announcers are not biased at all... are they... I have no horse in this race, and that was clearly Pass Interference.....
phillybear 366 Posted January 18, 2009 The announcers are not biased at all... are they... I have no horse in this race, and that was clearly Pass Interference..... I totally agree. That was a weird no call. The fix is in.
Big Blue 06 195 Posted January 18, 2009 Man, Arizona is taking it to the Eagles so far. Fitzgerald is a stud and my #1 WR next year.
gemynd 0 Posted January 18, 2009 I wonder what Asante was arguing with the refs for on that.

Cuse9 129 Posted January 18, 2009 Must I say it again? Larry the freakin' Legend. Holy chit, he's now the greatest player to ever play the game.
BiPolarBear 485 Posted January 18, 2009 I predict Hightower goes in for the score. 3:10 in the 2nd. ETA: I ment in the 3rd quarter. fitzagain
idiotekniQues 0 Posted January 18, 2009 fitzy helped me to two bowls this year. i have man-love for him and warner.
phillybear 366 Posted January 18, 2009 looks like the powerhouse nfc west continuing to own the nfc east in recent playoff games.... OK. Go ahead. Talk all you want. I got my money. Yeah, with Seattle beating Washington a few times, and Dallas, and now with Arizona playing very well so far vs the Eagles, you have to question the critics of the NFC West. The division might not be strong from top to bottom, but every year for the last 5 years, the NFC West has produced a division winner good enough to win games in the playoffs. Every year for the last 5 years.
Cuse9 129 Posted January 18, 2009 This play will be challenged overturned and then....... Touchdown to Larry Fitzgerald!!!
Big Blue 06 195 Posted January 18, 2009 From what I've seen on that angle, that ball never went anywhere near out of bounds. IMHO, should be Cardinals ball, but we'll see.
frank 2,307 Posted January 18, 2009 This reminds me of 3 years ago when the Bears refused to cover Steve Smith and lost to the Panthers in the playoffs. I said before the game, double cover Fitzgerald every play until they make you pay.
robertd52 0 Posted January 18, 2009 Am I missing something (hey, im watching it on a tiny screen online), or did that ball CLEARLY jar the pointre and middle finger????

Big Blue 06 195 Posted January 18, 2009 That is horsesh1t, as there's no way that should still be Eagles ball.
