Exactly dipshiit. When I typed "about half" (the 1st time) I did so for a reason. The numbers were floating around the low to mid to high 40's range. The last I saw recently was 42%. The GOP was saying they wouldn't vote for the stimulus unless it was 47%. The number STILL floats depending upon your source. If your hero is going to say I said "half", he damn sure better be able to back it up. The reality is though, as evidenced by Huge, neither he nor RP/Fla had ANY focking idea that tax breaks were even IN the bill. No, a one-time tax credit is something some people get if they do exactly what the Gubmint says they have to do in order to qualify for that one-time credit. Also, most of the one-time credits Obama claims as "tax cuts" are in fact welfare payments to people who don't pay income taxes. I'm sure you are unaware of it, but about 40% of taxpayers pay no income taxes at all. If you don't do exactly what Obama wants you to you don't get the "credit", it you make too much money you don't get the "credit" even if you do what Obama wants.
