[they are not participants from last yr]. Seems like we are adding a bunch of new people this year anyways, so any knowledgeable new participants should be welcomed. Vikings4ever 550 Posted February 1, 2010 One option if we want more teams would be to have some people take 2 (or even 3) teams, then have those teams have back to back picks. That way there would be less waiting.

Dr Hook 6 Posted February 2, 2010 I guess im too late then. private message me if you need another. but I'm not very knowledgeable. Your in the same boat I was in last year. It was wonderful and I think I ended up doing a pretty good job. I say we start the sign in on the GM board right away.
Chronic Husker 85 Posted February 2, 2010 I really don't want to draft for two teams but will if we can only get 16. It would be nice to have 32 GMs. Give everyone 12 hours per pick and if there is no pick in 12 hours have a vote from the remaining GMs on the pick. Is that what you did last year? I don't see why there is any hurry to finish the draft.

9-Route 0 Posted February 2, 2010 One option if we want more teams would be to have some people take 2 (or even 3) teams, then have those teams have back to back picks. That way there would be less waiting. that is probably gonna be discussed and likely implemented, since the biggest fear of participants [esp repeat performers] is the time issue. again, i understand the logisticis of expanding the field, both teams and GMs. the key is end evaluation. last yr, with 16 teams constructed, each team was basically "doubly" good any reality nfl squad since the talent was spread over half as many teams. we all had triple pass rushers, or triple coverage, or triple receiving, etc. expanding the number of GMs is more ambition and wishlist, but expanding the number of teams is def a step in trying to equalize the final products and make evaluation by we the participants or the viewing public. i'll start a new thread for signups in the old scratch draft page. WhiteWonder 2,739 Posted February 11, 2010 we may still need 3-4 people to fill out our 16 owners. take a look at the Scratch Draft board if interested, or head over there to check in if you experienced interest already in this thread. i count skibum raiderhater kmbryant and mfm as guys showing interest here but have not checked in at the official board.
