Julius Peppers & Chester Taylor

Recommended Posts

100% agreed. Without Urlacher and with no pass rush, this D was the big issue. After Chris Williams moved to LT, and Omiyale got some reps, the OL started playing much better. Look at the Vikings-Bears game in Solider Field where Cutler passed for 4 TDs. The Bears are addressing exactly what they needed to. Only thing they need to do now is safety.....and this draft is full of FS and they should get quality in the 3rd round too. Mayock just said it on NFL Network.

Again, who will protect Rodgers? Thats right .... no one....

Wow, I was money ... as always!!

So again I ask..."Can you name me the last player who was signed in the first day or two of free agency that had a huge impact for his team?"

His name is Julius HOF Peppers. It is ok to admit you have no clue when it comes to football!!

Chicago saved their season with their "win" against Detroit. A loss there and the team quits on Lovie. Happens every year.

And Cullen Jenkins >> Urlacher. At least that dude can wrap it up and play.

Good thing you spent all that money on Chester.

Maybe next year you'll realize that having an O-line is kinda important.

Taylor does what for Chicago to make them better?

Kampman wants out of GB anyway.

Tomlinson? Who gives a care?

Minnesota's window of opportunity lasts as long as Wrangler Brett says so.

Who do you want to see TT going hog wild for today? Tomlinson? :ninja:

How would Tomlinson look on that GB squad now? I am sure Kuhn can play RB though for the whole year...

Let's see. Chicago had 3 times the yardage compared to Det. 3 dumb fumbles and the Lions still could not win. Rules are rules. Next time, play within it!

Maybe next year you will realize that Minnehaha is worse than Detroit and getting a top 10 pick perennially as they search for the next Tavaris Jackson

6-10???? Book it???

BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Michael Vick has always been Brian Urlacher's beotch.... we cannot wait to see the dog-killer at Soldier Field as we carve him up and feed him to the dogs

Urlacher will be going "Which way'd he go" as Vick's Eagles fly past this upstart Bears team! Book That!

That's really stupid. How would Tomlinson look? Not as good as Grant.

Also, Kuhn had more yards last night on 6 carries than Forte had with 11 carries you douche.

Good thing Rodgers can run for his life, but with that OL, Rodgers will have his leg broken sooner than later considering there is zero running game in Green bay.

Again...same issues in Chicago too.

Your QB is getting hit more and you have just as much of a lack of a running game in Chicago.

But you keep puffing up your chest now that your boys won..its what we all expect from tools like you.

Lovie Smith owns the Green Bay packers, and it kills you ... lololololol

Not really, because its a hilarious conclusion you are going for.

Did Lovie make Zombo raise his head an inch to hit the facemask of Cutler?

Did Lovie make the rookie grab at Bennett's hands taking away another INT?

Whats Rodgers' record against the Bears? Does he own them just as much as Favre did?

How is that running the ball going? 1 yard per carry ... Brandon Mighty Jackson looks great out there. Boy, you are one dumb homer.

So you take my comments about last year out of context to whine about this year now?

Talk about a dumb homer...look at how much you posted in this thread.

Do we need to bring up the "dumb and dumber" thread again to show you what an ignorant bear homer doosh you are?

And as for what I know when it comes to football...Id brag about how much more about football I know than you do...but that would not be saying much since you are utterly clueless.

I agree you should change your name to "Dumb"

You shouldn't quote things that you don't understand the context of. Peppers could have and should have signed with a better team.

The over-rated Rodgers has a 3-2 record....whooooops and 2 of those wins last year could easily have been 2 wins for the Bears. Fudgepackers sneaked out with 2 wins in the 4th quarter. Enjoy those wins though because Lovie will continue to own your pi$$ yellow and puke green azzes.

And this was not to say it was a bad signing for Chicago...never claimed as such. Just not some end all be all by signing a big name guy on day 1.

Peppers single handedly destroyed that fudgepackers OL. To the point that they were hugging him and jumping offsides every other snap. Nice discipline by your team douche.... next time teach them the fundamentals of football. You do not get to play Buffalo every week.

You can keep hoping Harris is out.

Well, what has changed? They won't be playing Kurt Warner again?

Cause that "pathetic D" (don was talking about in one game, not all year moron) held your little Bears to 29 points.

Funny how that schedule did not seem to help your Bears either.

But keep worrying about the Packers D...lol.

So I was right about Harris being out...as always I own your sorry douche azz, homer boy. Tramon Williams and Shields are great though...for the opposing team. The only time the fudgepackers can stop someone is if they are blatantly holding someone or interfering with someone. Tom Brady and Tony Romo cannot wait to get their hands on this pass D

I think "reality" will set in when you realize that the Bears will once again have another losing season (14th time in the last 20 years) and that you and your fellow Bears fans will once again be watching Figure Skating Championships in January when Packer fans will once again be watching their team play NFL playoff football...

HTH :overhead:

 PWNAGE.... 3-0 beotch!

So a Packer message board is what told you Harris might not play?

Thanks for that source. Hah.

So what happened to old man Harris? Enjoy Shields and Tramon Williams. That is when they are not holding every WR and committing penalties....who hugs more? YOur OL because they have no clue how to block or your DBs who have no clue how to cover?

Overrated?

2 of those wins could have been wins for the Bears.

Um...2 of those losses could have been wins for the Packers...blocked kick in 2008 anyone? Another blocked kick and a ton of penalties and you squeaked out a 3 point win this last game?

Or does that excuse only work for you.

Own...you are too funny.

Sure he did.

Keep up your ignorant chest thumping...will only make it more sweet and funny later in the year when your boys disappoint you again and you disappear like you always do.

Tramon and Shields suck huh?

Lets see...holding and PI...there were a total of 3 flags for that.

One had nothing to do with a player being burnt and was on a badly thrown ball.

Even still, Cutler did not look all that great and the offense scored 13 points on this defense you claim is so terrible.

Just like Romo did last time right?

What happened is he had a setback at one point and was not ready to go yet and they felt good about Shields.

As for holding and penalties...I don't believe Tramon or Shields were flagged at all Monday night you ignorant tool.

No idea how to cover.

Yet Cutler threw it to our defense 5 times...and could only put up 13 points.

Kurt Warner he is not.

Kurt Warner he is not.

Kurt Warner surrounded by Marshall Faulk (HOF'er); Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce (multi-probowlers; borderline HOF'ers); Orlando Pace (Borderline HOF'er) in St Louis

Kurt Warner surrounded by Larry Fitzgerald (should be HOF'er); Anquan Boldin (multi-probowler; could be HOF'er) in AZ

What happened when Kurt Warner was with the Giants where he had Amani Toomer?

You are still a clueless, ignorant homer. Nice job douche!

Your QB is getting hit more

I agree our OL is a weakness. No doubt about it. Hopefully after Chris Williams comes back, and they spend some more time together, they gel to the point where they are above average.

And the reason Cutler is getting hit more than Rodgers is because the Chicago OL is not holding DL on every play like the fudgepackers are. 18 penalties? What a stupid team! Anyone know how to play correct football without cheating in green gay?

I understand what the Bears are doing, having burned so many high picks on Cutler and the dead guy, they need to hit free agency hard in an attempt to win now so guys can save their jobs. That almost never works. Mix in a broken Martz offense that has only worked one time when the stars aligned and he happened to have several HOF caliber players, and Chicago might want to worry less about the Packers and the Vikings, and worry more about the Lions in their rear view mirror.

Nice prediction!

3-0....and we will destroy your sorry team when we play them later this year. Thank God the seahags play in the worst division in the history of the NFL. The NFL should contract that whole division.

And nice job by your cheater coach. At least Reggie Bush was man enough to own up and give his Heisman back. When is Pete-Cheater-Caroll ever going to take any responsibility for the fiasco that he created in USC? Oh and nice job trading for a useless QB and then spending loads of money on him on a 2 year contract and then not even starting him to find out how good he is. Brilliant strategy! Good thing the Seahags at least have a RB, OL, WRs and QB, not to mention a DL, LB or Secondary....oh wait they have nothing. But do not fret...7 wins will probably win that ghastly excuse for an NFL division. You can watch your team get waxed in the playoffs like every year then

What happened is he had a setback at one point

What happened is Toast Harris is gone....he is old, broken and now cannot mug every WR while "trying" to cover. Plaxico Burress will probably burn him again from the jail while Toast Harris is picking up his jock that is still on the frozen tundra.

Kurt Warner went to the Super Bowl with the Arizona Cardinals and St. Louis Rams.

He is 100X the QB than Cutler will ever be.

You are the most clueless ignorant homer on this board.

Cheating?

It was dumb...and yes, they were holding.

Thing is...Id rather see a few holds than Rodgers picking himself up off the turf over and over and over (like against Minnesota last year).

And you can keep hoping the line will gel and Chris Williams will be some savior...but I don't think its just your line.

Look at your OC's history with QBs getting sacked.

Keep thinking that.

BTW...where were the Bears when Plax was doing that? Oh yeah, at home...a place you are used to them being when the playoffs roll around.

Look, we wll get that the Bears are 3-0...you are off acting like they have already won the freaking Super Bowl.

Too funny.

Bears and HOF'er Julius Peppers say hi to the haters

Bears 4-1

Fudgepackers 3-2 and now have lost Burnett, Barnett for the year and have FInley, Matthews and Lee injured today and an over-rated Rodgers concussed.

Nice interception by ROdgers to throw the game away in OT...

But do not worry. Peter King had you in the SUperbowl ... .along with many other clueless experts.

Fudgepackers lose to the Deadskins and almost lose to the Lions last week ....

OTOH Julius Peppers makes another great play today intercepting the ball after tipping it himself. :overhead:

Nice job by your QB today too.

Hah!!!

Oh, the almost loss to the Lions...I guess you already forgot about week 1.
