Basically Brees for Welker and you are turning it down. Unless you already have P.Manning / Rodgers or have no WR depth, I would be all over this, PPR or not.

Wait until Welker gets hurt. I own him, so it's not sour grapes. He will likely get hurt again this year or wear down considerably.
