Too bad you are still just fishing or a completely ignorant moron when it comes to football.

Im still undecided on which you really are.

He's both, but you guys are getting what you deserve right now. Both you and Donhaas were colossal ASSES in prior weeks and getting kicked in the taint is what you and your Packers had coming.

Rodgers isn't a contact QB, he gets rattled when he get pushed around, most finesse QB's do. I think the Giants pass rush got him jumpy and overthrowing some of the balls, and i think the Packers WR's clearly showed rust with the drops. I think them not going all out and resting some down the stretch took some of the sharpness off their game and the Giants were just the kind of team to exploit it. Everybody is going to score at least 24 pts against the Packers with that defense. On most days the offense will overcome it. Against a lesser defensive team they probably would have this past weekend, but the Giants front four are monsters, the offense is potent and they've been there before. Green Bay was overrated the entire season anyway.

Green Bay was overrated the entire season anyway.

How so? Because of their pass defense? The Giants, Packers, Patriots, and Saints were the 4 bottom ranked pass defenses. Were all overrated?

You know who was overrated? The Steelers. :overhead:

That's funny, they played exactly as many playoff games as the 15-1 Packers with the same result. :overhead:

Packers are a poor mans Patriots organization.

Belicheck > McCarthy

Brady > Rodgers

Welker > Jennings

Gronk > Finley

Hernandez > ?? Nelson

You calling anyone else an ass in the prior weeks is hilarious.

Gets rattled when pushed around? Not really, the guy has been getting hit his entire career...if he was as you say, you would think he would have slid more the other day.

He was overthrowing and off before the pass rush was even doing anything to get to him.

But its not unexpected to hear you spout off in ignorance.

One more question Don.......

After all your bragging about how Rodgers didn't need to be a stat padder like some other QB's and how it was so smart when he sat 4th qtrs and the last game in the last few weeks......

Do you think that had anything to so with Rodgers and the Pack WR's looking so out of sync out there yesterday? Tons of drops and Rodgers did not look like the great QB he had been all year. Missed on many throws.

Anything donny?

Anything donny?

I think its impossible to tell... obviously 'coz they lost ... everything will be second guessed...

But the Packers (especially Finley) have been dropping balls all season long...

There are some things that I don't know would have made a difference -- losing 3 offensive fumbles (they lost 3 offensive fumbles all season long) was key... as were the two last horrible plays of the first half that completely changed the whole complexion of the game

Don't know how playing the offensive starters for a half against Detroit would have changed that :dunno:

NY is a hot team playing well right now... At some point you have to give credit to them and tip your cap...

I don't think people realize how hard it is to win one title... no less repeat...

It's funny that the two biggest trolls (drobeski/Shoop Pilot) have more than a combined quarter century since their last championship, yet they think it's amazing that the Packers didn't repeat.... You'd think they - of all people - would understand how hard it is to do...

But to answer your question... I don't believe the layoff hurt... some of the players were legitimately hurt so they couldn't have played anyways :dunno:

Packers are still young... address some pass rush/OL deficiencies and will come back strong next year

....as will da Bears, I'm sure

The way you incessantly told everyone about the upcoming Back-To-Back celebration in Green Bay how would anyone think otherwise. Ya know, with you being a football genius and all.

The Broncos won more playoff games this year than the Packers.

How can they be the worst when they have more playoff wins in 2012 than the Discount Double Checkers?

Questions:

Were you so giddy to get your original "Shinebox" dig in on your previous post (for your win over Denver  ) that you didn't take the time to work in the F-word past the elaborate FFtoday censors?

And were you channeling a suburban New Jersey 17-year-old after beating his little brother in Street Fighter circa 1993 when you repeated that gem?

Wow, talk about trying to win on technicality. Here's a newsflash, in a little over three weeks it's GUARANTEED that the Packers will no longer be the champions...but the same cannot be said of the Patriots. Brady > Favrerere > Rodgers. :overhead:

Since you had the Packers "on the verge" of repeating, while not having played a single playoff game in their repeat year, you would seem to be close to the front of the line of people who don't understand how tough repeating is.

I typed it the way it is (no editing by FFtoday). There are kids in this thread. :nono:
