I just worry that someone who has a very limited academic background would be unable to decipher what most bills are talking about. That sh!t is hard to decipher, on purpose usually. Typical lawyer, you think waaaaaaaaaaay too much of lawyers. The lawyers that write this cr@p can't figure it out either and often times write into law things they never intended. 20 years of work with tax law has taught me that people with law degrees that work in government and academia struggle mightily to create documents that can be applied in a non-theoretical world.
