SUXBNME 1,348 Posted March 21, 2012 Here you go More And another Thanx one of FB frineds was saying how smart Ron Paul was for predicting this in 2009. I came back with "Big focking deal...A retard at our lightly trafficed FF board has been predicting this as early as 2006". Of course he didn't believe me

TD Ryan2 315 Posted March 21, 2012 Ray, you were definately ahead of the curve on this topic. The Greater Boston area has dropped about 18 - 19% from the peak, and I'd guess some of the Boston suburbs hit the low to mid %20s. are these numbers in line with your projections back in 2007 - 08? BLS 313 Posted March 21, 2012 Ron Paul predicted it in 2003. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-8XYF0LLrk&feature=related
BLS 313 Posted March 21, 2012 Want to really blow his mind? Show him THIS and then THIS Where have you been lately? Regarding your PM from a while back, you still feel that way? Silver has actually slowly been going down, so I think the time to pounce on PM's is coming up. Dow over 13k, Greece debt woes apparently fixed. Unemployment numbers looking better. What could go wrong?

TD Ryan2 315 Posted March 22, 2012 Not even close to low enough. that's what the published reports say. keep in mind how regional these numbers tend to be. Greater Boston (i.e. in the city - has held onto value better - thus, only %18). Im my area (South Shore), I've seen about a %20 - 25% drop from the peak... Homes that were $400k are now $300k. I'm sure tougher areas (Lowell, Brockton, Framingham) could be worse - in the 30% range.
