Does someone have a link here for RLLD's earliest

Recommended Posts

Thanx

one of FB frineds was saying how smart Ron Paul was for predicting this in 2009.

I came back with "Big focking deal...A retard at our lightly trafficed FF board has been predicting this as early as 2006".

Of course he didn't believe me :D

Ray,

you were definately ahead of the curve on this topic.

The Greater Boston area has dropped about 18 - 19% from the peak, and I'd guess some of the Boston suburbs hit the low to mid %20s.

are these numbers in line with your projections back in 2007 - 08?

Where have you been lately?

Regarding your PM from a while back, you still feel that way?

Silver has actually slowly been going down, so I think the time to pounce on PM's is coming up. Dow over 13k, Greece debt woes apparently fixed. Unemployment numbers looking better.

What could go wrong? :ninja:

Not even close to low enough.

Not even close to low enough.

:dunno:

that's what the published reports say.

keep in mind how regional these numbers tend to be.

Greater Boston (i.e. in the city - has held onto value better - thus, only %18).

Im my area (South Shore), I've seen about a %20 - 25% drop from the peak... Homes that were $400k are now $300k.

I'm sure tougher areas (Lowell, Brockton, Framingham) could be worse - in the 30% range.

I am not disagreeing with your #'s.

I am saying they need to come down a lot more.

Sux, for future reference, do a Google search with this added to your search: site:www.fftodayforums.com

Example: edjr buttplug site:www.fftodayforums.com

Much better than the crappy search engine on this site.
