Richardson 14 rushes for 37 yards 2.6 yards/carry 1 TD Hardesty 15 rushes for 56 yards 3.7 yards/carry 1 TD Hardesty was running better than Richardson yesterday and Richardson was hurt. The Browns ended up beating the Bengals by 10 points. How was that the wrong decision? Why risk making an injury worse when your other RB is running better? Don't panic Richardson owners. Hardesty is not going to steal anything from him. Hardesty has had his chance and if he was good enough to have as many carries as Richardson they would not have traded up in the draft. Injuries have taken away the explosiveness Montario used to have, leaving him as a back useful enough to spell the starter but not good enough to carry the load. Or durable enough for that matter.
