Thinking through this, this loss was the equivalent of the bad beat jackpot at a casino. If you're unaware, this occurs when you have an incredibly strong hand at poker (4 of a kind, for example) and you lose to a straight flush.

 

Everything had to break perfectly for me to lose. If Tucker misses that 61 yard FG, Detroit kneels it out and I win. If Tucker makes it (he did) and Detroit completes one pass, they'll use a timeout. After that, if Stafford throws a pick, Baltimore can kneel it out, and I win.

 

The only way I lose is if Baltimore gets it back and has to run three times to burn all of Detroit's timeouts. That's what happened.

Instead of my FU going to Jamaal Charles for his career day, after seeing the highlights of the game I'm giving my FU out to the f'ing Raiders "defense". Really? Allowing him to run through you on those screen passes is an absolute joke. I lose by 11 because JC (he looked like he could walk on water Sunday) puts up 56 points and my opponent puts up his highest point total of the year as the #6 seed. FU Raiders!!!!!

I unfortunately had the "privilege" of watching all of the games sunday. During that time, I was able consider all of the different situations which lead me to lose by 2 points. Let's start it off with the idiot focking bucs. Attempting to lateral a kickoff and fumbling it into the endzone for a 9 point play from the niners D and Dawson. How about the 15 drops by Green and Megatron. How about Brady's last second pick / amendola dropping the TD pass. How about Jimmy Grahams tiny ass cack. I smacked everyone all season and blew everyone out in points and I lose to a scrub. That's what happens in a game that is 50% luck. Perhaps next year, "the odds will be ever in my favor".
