doobious 0 Posted August 22, 2014 My other RB's are G. Bernard, Z. Stacy, D Freeman and M. Ingram. I can start 3 rb's in 12 team non ppr league. Thanks in advance
LegendoftheFall 3 Posted August 22, 2014 I dont think i'd do that until TRich proves he can do something. Im not big on Martin either. Ball/Gio/Stacy is a pretty legit RB group. Martin would be a step down from Ball, and TRIch would only be a RB 4. I'd leave it alone.
polecatt 478 Posted August 22, 2014 Go for it. Both Martin and Richardson have had bigger seasons than Ball. Denver RBs are hard to trust. In any case you should at least break even with 2 chances to get an RB that has a good season.
49erGold 36 Posted August 24, 2014 If you keep Ball handcuff him asap with Hillman. If not maybe... I haven't seen him play yet to make final verdict. Well, I don't trust TRich but he is young and in high octane offense like Ball lol... basically what guy you like more. Martin is definitely a safer buy only problem is injury concerns. laxdad57 2 Posted August 25, 2014 I'd counter offer for Martin and another player or stay put. I wouldn't trade for Richardson... I have no faith in him at all.
tanatastic 2,062 Posted August 25, 2014 Would the colts trade for Richardson if they had a do over? There's your answer.
NPNG 4 Posted August 25, 2014 No way - the upside of Ball is much greater than that of Martin and Richardson is almost fantasy irrelevant. With Welker out for a while (possibly a long time), Ball could step into Moreno's #'s from last year plus an additional 20-25%.

mrmostlymittens 7 Posted August 25, 2014 To counter the groupthink, I would do it. Ball is still an unknown in a system that is bound for some level of regression playing for a coach that could bench him at a moment's notice due to the solid depth the Broncos have. Martin has looked good and I think anyone who doesn't think he'll get the lion's share of the carries in Tampa is kidding themselves. Richardson is who he is, but that doesn't seem to stop the Colts from handing him the ball. Luck will have that team in the redzone all year and last time I checked 2.5 YPC is enough to score goal line TD's. I think by season's end you would come out ahead. Now watch this bite me in the.... DaBeerz 88 Posted August 25, 2014 I think Ball will be more productive than the other 2. Having a deep bench won't help you score points every week. I drafted Ball with my second pick.
