Obama isn't the one who's going to get the blame when the government shuts down, in case you weren't paying attention last time.

 

But Republicans can continue flushing the toilet while they cling to the side all they want if they think the general public will support shutting down the government to defund Planned Parenthood and/or Obamacare.

 

I'll give you a hint: they won't. But Republicans seem incapable of learning from their mistakes, so they'll push down the handle over and over again until they eventually get sucked down the pipe.
