Other than Detroit, the other three teams are very good against the run. I understand that you're in a PPR, so if there is some stat out there showing that one of these teams is terrible defending the screen/dump-off plays to the RBs then that will change my answer, but the simple answer is to go with West. He had 22 carries and 5 targets last week. I expect that to continue.

McFadden vs Seattle D would be low IMO, but since it's PPR he gets a small bump.

 

Murray is vs. Jets...he's the lowest.

 

West could do well vs. Detroit.

 

Ivory is the most talented back, but dinged.

Ivory and then McFadden..... However if you want to be safe then McFadden since Ivory came out of last game early.

This is just this week. Ivory is the superior back, but he is dinged up. Hes a hard runner so there is a chance you will see him limp of the field again. If they are far enough ahead they could play it safe with him. As for West, he has another week to shine. They should continue to feed him the ball.

Most of the early replies are way too conservative. McFadden will have a hard time against Seattle. I actually think that if West gets 20+ touches he's the best bet in PPR. I like Ivory next.
