Brees week 16, so typical of my year.

So a big week and here I am staring at this decision....

 

I have 3 qb's and cannot pick up anyone else so I have to start 1 of them.

 

TD heavy league

 

Carr-thursday night

Brees-sunday night

B.O.- Monday night

 

I was so looking forward to Brees playing but now he is hurt. I will not know until gametime if he even plays. If I bite on Brees and he sits, I am stuck with Oswieler. Ofcourse, I could start carr tonight and move on but the game Brees had earlier this year 500yds, 7TDs looms over my head.

Carr the best available qb you have , Brees is not going to play .

I would go with carr. I am starting him with confidence

In my league we can use a contingency that says if the starter (Brees) plays then using him, if not use xxxxx which in this case would be Carr who is playing tonight.

 

If Brees simply can't go then all is fine, but what I'm now worried about is him going out there for 1 or 2 series and then aggravating it or something and not finishing the game. I would get the stats for the b/u qb, but he isn't Brees.

I have a similar decision of Carr tonight or wait on Brees news. Gotta go with Carr.

Well, Carr was a complete bust last night!

Aaaand, I did not start him!

It is either Brees or Brock and I can't do much worse than Carr....

I'm in a similar boat, Tyrod in a tough matchup in the rain at 1 PM or Brees at 4PM.

 

Schefter now says Brees is going to start, but I was burned once before this year by this "insider infornation" crap. No fockin clue what to do.

Well, I'm sure glad I didn't play Tyrod, he really shat the bed today. Hopefully good things come from Brees.
