I haven’t seen the remake. The original was so classic; why redo it?

They did a remake?

How can anyone dislike “Lodi” and “Proud Mary”?

Lodi wasn't that popular a CCR song, not a Top 50 hit (and was the B-side of Bad Moon Rising)

Proud Mary has been played to death, which might explain how some feel about it.

I don’t see how you have 3&5 with 1-2-4. Oil & water

It's called having a broad musical palette.

I'm just as comfortable at the opera as I am a Rage Against the Machine show.

I'm a punk rocker at heart, but I love me some Clutch and Pantera.

Eddie and Alex were Dutch.

Please. Van Halen was an American band. Jimi Hendrix Experience was an American band.

Van Halen was an American band with a couple of Dutch musicians.

The Jimi Hendrix Experience was a British band with an American frontman.  They formed in London and recorded most of their songs in London,

Not a fan of them. Total gimmick. Showmen not musicians.

Geez, Tim you are really nit-picking here.

Yes, Eddie Van Halen and were brother Alex were born in Amsterdam.

However, the Van Halen family moved to Pasadena, California in 1962 when Eddie was 7 and his brother Alex was 9.years old.

I don't think a couple of kids who came to this country under the age of 10 can be classified as "Dutch musicians" lol. 😁

Pantera? I went to HS with him. Skinny Fawker then. Saw them twice. His first band was Vapid Phaze. Saw them. 🤟 His next band was Razor White, then Pantera.
