TheNewGirl 1,054 Posted November 9, 2020 https://www.goruckevents.com/ You wear a ruck sack with a weight (10 or 20 lbs) and walk/hike a route around your city, etc. Ours had a few workouts in between the rucks. So, we'd do a workout consisting of things like squats and burpees, then ruck/hike for 3 miles, another work out, hike again for 2 miles.....you get the idea. During this, you carry a flag. Our flag and flagpole was about 20 lbs, so this adds to your workout. It's a team effort, so you take turns carrying the flag. Our flag had a black background with the arrow in the American flag (red/white/blue with stars) and under that in blue in red says, "Go Ruck USA." So, if you're out there driving and you see a flag of some kind, make sure you READ WHAT THE FLAG FOCKING SAYS before you start flipping people off. People are idiots.
