Pei Wei vs Tokyo Joes

Recommended Posts

Work is located smack in the middle of the two. Never had either as far as I know. Is one better than the other?

Never tried tokyo joe's

We would occasionally go to the pei wei in Park Meadows when we were in Colorado. If i recall, same restaurant group as pf chang's. Unless we would take a detour to Alameda and Federal, it was better than most mom and pop chinese around Denver.

I thought Pei Wei was hideous. They gave me a ton of some strange, heavy noodles. I never went back.

Tokyo Joe's was good, and they reopened recently here in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, they changed the menu to a build-a-bowl format. I wasn't in the mood for that, but I will goin and check them out after the rona.

I liked Tokyo Joe's when I was living in Denver.  I wish they had them here in Mpls.

Pei Wei is very good for fast Chinese, don't listen to noodle haters who order noodle bowls. 🤪

Never had Tokyo Joe's but it sounds like something in a mall food court.

I buy Udon bowls to make at home, and that is good.

I looked it up. They were Thai noodles that were shaped like shoe laces.
