101- level conspiracy theory. Anti-Semitic garbage that has been tossed around as "evidence of the great Jewish conspiracy" for decades. Has been pretty thoroughly debunked. 20-25 years ago when I was heavy into conspiracy reading I came across this thing being mentioned pretty much everywhere. It's place in the pantheon is right up there with JFK and the Illuminati. Foundational knowledge if you're into that sort of thing.
