Common sense says Jackson b/c of likely volume, but I don't think we are talking about 20 touches. I can easily see him losing GL work as well. With Williams and Guyton out, Palmer could see anywhere from 4-10 targets, but I bet he finds the end zone. Safe play would probably be Jackson (probably the way I'd go). Upside pick is Palmer IMO.
