This is something weird that has just happened to me.  No bullshit and many here may not see the oddity of it but to me, it seems weird.  About a week ago my girlfriend who works in the store comes back with what she calls a worry dime.  It is a dime but it is completely worn down.  You can tell that whoever had it rubbed it constantly like a worry stone.  Somehow, someway, they lose it and it goes back into circulation and ends up in our store.  She shows it to me and I ask if I can have it and it is in my pocket since then.  Yesterday I am taking a nap and she comes back and shows me a second worry dime that a different customer had paid with.  It is even more worn down than the previous one.  To most here that may not seem like anything but to me and to her it is so weird.  What are the odds?  I know BHB will appreciate this.  The rest of you, whatever.

I would imagine working retail you would get sh!t like this all time.  Back when I was a teenager and worked retail, I would get bills with weird sh!t written on it quite frequently.  Never heard of a worry dime.  Is this your first?  How long have you worked retail?
