Mix a lot of nutmeg in milk or something and chug.  

A lot of dramamine at once (do not attempt on an empty stomach).

I'm sure there are others I'm not remembering right now.

Smoked mushrooms with members of the Karen Tribe in Northern Thailand. You lay on your side with a long bamboo pipe. They get a nail white hot with a blowtorch, and hold it to the shrooms while you hit it.

It was memorable.

For me it was more like a short lived pot high.  The dramamine makes you hallucinate things that arent there and you see giant spiders everywhere, but my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't enjoy it.
