Analysis: Carter caught Justin Herbert's second touchdown pass of the game, a dart that was on target between two defenders. The speedster is the fifth wideout on the depth chart but could see an expanded role if Keenan Allen were to miss any time. Carter is worth monitoring in case Allen's injury is significant and could be a sneaky DFS play this Thursday in what figures to be a barnburner against the Chiefs.
