You guys even watching any of these games?  This Alabama/ mu game is a good one.   While i want the #1 overall, wanting mu to win is hard.   I've lived in Missouri mu entire life, but their fans are azzholes to ku fans

I'm watching the Purdue/Ohio St game. Wanting a 3rd Purdue/IU match up. Hoping for a revenge game.

I kind of think it'd be cool to see Ohio State steal a spot from some team on the bubble

That hope is about to end. They're down 14.

Not sure if anyone is watching.   But Bill Self would have had this team with three timeouts heading into half, and had a 2 for 1 with about 50 seconds left when they initially got the ball.   Norm has done an admirable job in the interim, but no one is bill self.   Except Bill.

Texas kicked their asses pretty good.

Yeah that was a butt whooping by Texas.

I hope someone does a Geek Club pool. I'm all in with that.

This tournament is shaping up to be a crazy one.

I was UH last week, and while they look pretty good, they haven't played anybody. Texas looks pretty good, and Duke is surging.

I don't think Texas will get a #1 seed, but they have definitely shown they can play with anybody.

I had Kansas penciled in to win it all until tonight. There is no clear No. 1 at this time.

I agree with you here. There's probably 15 teams that could win it this year. I liked UCLA chances until the injuries hit them late. Just a solid deep field this year.

If Bill Self is back, I'm still thinking Kansas is the team to beat. Not by much, but they're the #1 imo.

And McCullar, Jr.  It's a different team when Yesefu and Pettiford are playing more minutes than they should be at this point.

Texas a&m v Penn state and Texas v Colgate for one pod for the tix I have in des Moines.   Sets up for quite the matchup if the aggies play the longhorns.

Rutgers got screwed.

Them and Oklahoma state.  And I'm biased, but Kansas got a raw deal.   Oh Houston is without their best player let's just give them the #2 overall and send them to kc.  Ignoring the fact mccullar was out in the championship game and limited all week while self was laid up in the hospital and they can head out west in ucla's region.

In Missouri not Kansas but you're talking 40 minutes from Lawrence. Terrible logic.

Yeah, this shall be a divided family.

Me - Aggie.

Wife - Longhorn.

Sister - Longhorn.

Brother-in-law 1 - Aggie.

Sister-in-law 1 - Longhorn.

Brother-in-law 2 - Longhorn.

Sister-in-law 2 - Aggie.

Stepson - Longhorn.

I've got Kansas in the Final Four for the time being. Whether I put UH in there will depend on whether Sasser is back.

I think Purdue is way overrated.

I asked if they made mention of it on the broadcast at chiefsplanet.com and this was the response (thought you would appreciate this)

There was a really awkward interview where the person interviewing was basically answering her own questions ("isn't this such a special moment for Howard" (while they're down 15))... and what's her name with rambling awkward responses trying to remember the buzz phrases she was supposed to hit on.

Kamala Harris was at the KU game.

She talked to the Howard team after the game in the locker room...

‘You put everything you had into the game, and you know that’s what it’s about, right,’ Harris said. ‘Until the last minute, you guys did that. You didn’t stop until the last second, you did not stop. And that is so inspiring.’

‘So you keep playing with chin up and shoulders back because you showed the world who Bison are. I mean, literally what you have done is in historic proportion. I was at Howard back in the day, where we just happy that there was a game, much less getting to this place.’

”And I see Bison literally all over the world, and we’ve been talking about you, this team. […] You make us so proud. So In know you may not be feeling great right now, but know who you are. You are excellence. You are hard work. You are powerful, and you are winners. So please know that.’

Sitting in a bar in Iowa where this iowa state and Pitt game is going on, it's been eerily quiet.

Found a huge party in an Irish pub and Drake is on every TV.  Being in Iowa over two days where Iowa, Iowa State and Drake lose has been well... interesting.
