Providing more information at a news conference Monday afternoon, African American leaders sounded an alarm intended to heighten awareness and increase vigilance in Maryland and across the country. But then again, it is often true that daycare is patronized by the community, and if that community is dominated by a group, they are more represented. Keep in mind this is only true one way.
