WooleyBully 2 Posted September 2, 2023 Which WR’s would have to come off the board before you’d consider Kupp? His recent hammy setback is giving me AJ Green and Julio Jones flashbacks. Here’s my list of WR’s I’d draft before him in order of preference: JJ, Chase, Hill, St Brown, AJ Brown, Diggs, Wilson, Lamb, & Adams I may consider Kupp at WR10, but I doubt I’ll even feel comfortable with a 3rd round grade at this point.
weepaws 3,152 Posted September 2, 2023 I’m not interested, he was the number ff wr up unto his injury last season, I thought he would rebound and be #1 again, but two set backs, and the season hasn’t even started. His ADP hasn’t changed much, he would have to fall into the 3rd round for me to take him. So I won’t be taken him. Good Luck to those that do own him.
Super Cubs 153 Posted September 2, 2023 I'd feel comfortable with most of the WR you listed ahead of Kupp. With a maybe on Wilson and Adams mainly because of their QB situations. With Kupp this season I would have to hope he is already gone before its my time to pick so the pressure to take him is gone.

Chickie 74 Posted September 2, 2023 Van Jefferson might be a nice contrarian play.

I was thinking this when this first become an issue. and now, a new development: https://www.nfl.com/news/rams-wr-cooper-kupp-visiting-body-specialist-in-minnesota-to-further-understand- Kupp is visiting a specialist. Not a good sign. to me, when I see a report like this, it usually means this thing is going to linger more than just a game or two into the regular season. there are two ways this can play out: 1) he plays but it affects his game. 2) he doesnt play for the first couple games. in some respects option 1 is worse because then you start a guy who likely doesnt perform up to the level he should. but on the off chance he can play effectively with the injury you do not wanna miss out. Pull that hamstring again before it's fully healed from the last time... that's bad. Now we might be looking at a season long problem. Kupp drafters should be nervous. Lets put it this way. he wouldnt be seeing a specialist if he thought the recovery was gonna be just a week or two.
