BeenHereBefore 1,455 Posted October 4, 2023 GF gets one every year and says she is going to but never does, pumpkin tossed out for garbage man every November at some point.
MTSkiBum 1,620 Posted October 4, 2023 I carve one start to finish, however I also gut 3 other pumpkins and prep them for carving for my wife and kids. My brother and I have competitions every year. If I spend a lot of time I can carve something fairly complex. It just how much time I want to spend on pumpkins.

WhiteWonder 2,675 Posted October 4, 2023 havn't carved a pumpkin in a while. that puking one looks fun. I'd assume you cant display that outside without animals having a feast.... maybe spray the 'vomit' part with a coat of finish?

SUXBNME 1,457 Posted October 5, 2023 My heterosexual life partner actually has pumpkins growing in our backyard. 4 or 5 of them have already reached their normal size and he gave them away. It looks there are 3 or 4 more of them that will be "ripe" in a week or so. Will we carve them? Fuk no. He'll prolly feed them to the 7 damn annoying chickens he currently harbors. (illegaly) Where is your all hallows day tradition? If this was back in the days of the old geek club I would challenge you to a carving contest, 50 dollars and the geeks vote on who has a better pumpkin, but because of poster turnover recently......
