Scores between whites & blacks/poc continue to diverge. Minnesota already spends approximately 40% of the total budget on education. Every year, when the latest data shows the same thing, Democrats say it's not their fault, it's simply a matter of spending MORE. This has been going on for 30+ years. For obvious reasons, the problem is the worst in Minneapolis St Paul. It doesn't help that St. Paul is commonly referred to as little Mogadishu, as 1 of every 3 Somali that come to the US ends up in our state, the vast majority of which end up in that city.
