Recommended Posts

These new games shows that have trivia involved that last couple years, The questions are so dang simple easy but some of the contestants still get them wrong. Is the general public that watches these shows so stupid as well ? We are a dumb down society!

I watched a celebrity Jeopardy episode on Hulu last night and the category was 90’s music and the “answer” was something like his first big hit in 1991 was Friends in low places and showed his picture !

None of them knew it was Garth Brooks. I’m not a fan but I’m not living under a rock either. WTF.

Yes this is on the line that I'm talking about. Game shows questions are softballs and the contestants seem to live under a rock. That one puzzle trivia show with the chick from King of Queens hosting it, man where do the find the moron contestants ?

This makes sense because they are playing for charities...

Also, they don't want to make celebrities look like idiots, so the questions are a lot easier...

That actually wasn't Celebrity Jeopardy. That was the Second Chance tournament,  where the contestants were all previous Jeopardy champions. Those 3 contestants were all good enough to win at least one Jeopardy game at some point. Yeah, I'm not a fan either, but everyone knows who Garth Brooks is

Re read my OP. I was watching celebrity jeopardy on HULU. Maybe you’d be a good contestant    I’m well aware about the second chance tournament

Didn’t work because none of them knew who Garth Brooks was. I didn’t say anything about the questions. I like it because I know a lot of the answers as opposed to regular Jeopardy. LOL.

Yeah I was just told that - came here to delete. My bad. Watched 2 and a half hours of Jeopardy and some cocktails and it all blended in.
