Argentina has defaulted on its debt numerous times, in 2020 on US Bonds. They have like 30% inflation. We aren’t seeing this money back.

Whatever the case is if this occurred during another time I’m guessing there’d be a little more traffic, lots of what about Americans talk, in this thread. Much like the Ukraine thread after Don announced we are back in. Ghost towns.

Not really. A lot of foreign aid IS in the form of loans- or guarantees of loans- or forgiveness of previous loans- always has been. It’s all intertwined.
