This economy is so bad

Wow. I didn’t realize it was that bad, month after month of increases. Thanks for posting that.

Exactly.  Nothing Biden did could possibly impact inflation that quickly.  That was the beginning of Trumpflation trying to sink the economy.

Luckily Biden saved it.

Among G7, we're on the low end with Canada and Japan.  Meanwhile uk, Italy and Germany are over 5%.

RLLD blames that on Biden because he's a political hack.

I’d say we are looking at four dollars a gallon again in the coming months.

No offense, but you suck at predictions and really don't have line of site into reality beyond what your alt right media tells you.

And real wages are now positive since 2021 boyo.

Great job Joe!

Now in this case Amazon is the culprit. And too much competition. There are major changes coming to retail and certain types of stores are going to go out of business.

You have to be a special kind of retard to think that the closing of 99 cent stores means that the economy is in trouble. 🤣🤣🤣

And Tardcore thinks that rising levels of credit card debt means that people are paying for necessities with credit...that's how far under the alt right spell these idiots are.

Like people don't use credit more when they feel good about their financial situation.

And did you hear, the economy and country were in way better shape in 2020 than now....

🤣🤣🤣

Amazon has been around a long time, and isn’t the bargain it once was compared to retail. People that live in the real world know this. Very little price difference.

The head of the 99 ct store also said that crime was a major reason for them closing.  It’s not happening.

That’s some MAGA policy right there. And I thought it was Poverty that caused crime? How can that be in this robust economy?

And yet the got away numbers keep going up. Now why wouldn’t they just stop and check in, get their goodies and be waved in? Instead they sneak in. Any libtards have a theory?

Crime is down, so is shoplifting.

Average annual shrink made up 1.57 percent of retail sales in 2022, up slightly from 2021 (1.44 percent) but down compared with 2019 (1.62 percent). The F.B.I. and the Bureau of Justice Statistics also found that theft and property crime ticked up in 2022 but remained below pre-Covid levels.

Is Shoplifting Really Surging? - The New York Times https://www.nytimes.com/2023/11/29/briefing/shoplifting-data.html

And liberal cities like NYC where it has surged have put plans in place to reduce shoplifting.

But don't let the truth get in the way of your narrative.

Simoncic said several factors contributed to the dire state of the discount store company, including the "unprecedented impact left by the COVID-19 pandemic." He also cited shifting consumer demands, inflationary pressures and rising shrinkage levels, which refers to the loss of inventory or cash from theft, damage, or administrative errors.
