You are insinuating it was Trump who lied and mischaracterized the justice system. Biden is the only one lying here. His DOJ handed Hunter the biggest sweetheart immunity deal ever given but it got rejected. Biden's DOJ did not malicious prosecute Hunter, they handled him with kids gloves and tried to get away with a wrist slap and immunity. But Biden's DOJ did maliciously prosecute Trump and the J6ers. Why are you equating gross abuses and over prosecutions which Trump has rightfully pointed out with Biden's endless lies and corruption and abuses of our justice system.

He actually WAS persecuted by the legal system. Hunter was NOT persecuted. In fact the legal system was rather accommodating toward Hunter. Biden once again lied when he did not need to lie. I take issue with this because I see all those who go out into the streets and cause harm as being the same, I make no distinctions. So for me, if you were prosecuted for the BLM riots or the Jan 6th riot, then I say go to jail and stay there. The allowance for some to be criminals and others to not be is a liberal doctrine, do not allow yourself that luxury.

Equal treatment to me is the most important aspect which makes our justice system fair. There was no legal history for the way 99 percent of those prosecuted for the treatment they received. The act of simply entering a public building was criminalized as some heinous crime. Even if it was just a handful that were maliciously prosecuted, it would be disgusting. But from what I have seen it was the vast majority which makes it a complete travesty of justice which must be immidiately rectified. Equal treatment under the law is an American principle, not a liberal or conservative one.

Well, lets be honest.....liberals have become thoroughly corrupted, and anywhere we find them holding power we will find absolutely corruption and horrid things happening to people. So yes, there is disparity in justice, for now those who lean conservative still hold some morality and are not behaving in the vile manner we see coming from liberals. Now, before or resident liars(liberals) come in and misquote or misrepresent me, I want to emphasize that conservatives can also be corrupt and likely are.....just not to the repugnant extent as their liberal counterparts. And I do hold out hope that they will not return the corrupt behaviors back on to liberals....even if they richly deserve it.

The damage to the Capitol building was relatively minor and the violence was grossly exaggerated. There was a reason they screamed bloody murder when Tucker dared showed a few minutes of other clips which more accurately showed what happen thst day. - not a single rioters brought a firearm inside the Capitol, but yet every media source declared it an 'armed insurrection'. - tons of tear gas was shot outside the building completely unnecessary which gave the video the feeling it was far more violent then it was. There was no arson going on, it was all tear-gas from the police. - the two people who died that day were rioters, at the hands of police, but yet the media reported it as a 'deadly' insurrection for most of the day to give the appearance the rioters were killing people, but it was the cops murdering people. - the pipe bombs outside the DNC and RNC were government plants again to manipulate the narrative of that day. This is the most violent act of the day, but they stopped investigating it and evidence magically disappeared. - Pelosi has admitted she could have stopped it, but refused added security from the national gaurd. - the FBI team which was monitoring the groups leading up to the J6, were lead by the same people who staged and entrapped the Whitmer kidnapping. Every major group there was infiltrated by government resources and the government knew in advance they could be triggered. There were over 100 intelligence assets on the ground that day some of whom instigated the breech instead of stopping it. Our government and their minions in the media are manipulating the public. Our government knew in advance and instead of stopping it, ensured that it happened. You are just too effing stupid to realize you are being played like an idiot. Stop being an idiot. Seriously, fuk those in the government who locked up some 1400 innocent people over the last four years to advance their evil authoritarian agenda. And thank God for Trump who has the spine to take on these bastards who are running the swamp and destroying the fabric of this country.

Turning memos on a check into some false business records misdemeanor and twisting that into 34 felony counts by falsely claiming those check memos somehow illegally influenced the election or maybe was some kind of tax cheat is illegally targeting individuals by creating a crime which no one has ever been prosecuted for out of thin air. Likewise the obstruction of an official perceeding that most J6ers were prosecuted on was based on whether you entered a building was a completely noval and made up crime. These are not simply a disparity. These are intentionally targeting individuals (most of whom were just ordinary citizen) to shut up their voices. This was an attempt by the federal government to stomp on free speech rights. If there is one thing I am more passionate about than equal treatment, it would be free speech. These J6 prosecutions in my book were the most vile abuse of citizen rights since the Internment of Japanese Americans.

Once we create this all powerful executive branch with hundreds of agencies, a gazillion employees and a Google plex number of laws and regulations to abuse which operates in many cases in complete secrecy with very little checks, it is going to be abused. We must greatly reduce the authority within the executive branch and make them answerable to our elected officials and not be able to hide behind ongoing investigations or by making everything confidential and off limits.
