He did pretty well with Henry and good OC not good head coach ? Kinda like Todd Haley, I'm just saying he was what Pitt is looking for and will see.

I could have done pretty well with Henry. Reminds me of when the Giants hired McAdoo as OC because he was Aaron Rodgers’ QB coach.

I’m a Steelers fan and not as down as I’ve seen others online. Re-sign Mason or a better QB, draft OT/OL in the 1st and have at it

What Rudolph exposed is that if we step up the passing game, then the run game follows.

True but Smith seems like he is going to do a lot more play action as well and so nice to be able to not have to run the ball out of shotgun all the time like Canada did. I think that is what the Sreelers needed in a OC , so Smith may be a good hire.
