That’s probably some bullsh1t but you’re also overreacting for now (no offense). He was convicted in LA too and is still in prison on that. I doubt this guys getting out until he’s too old to do anything but sit in a nursing home

He’s not. He has to serve 16 years at least in California. It means a new trial in New York but he will be in prison the whole time. 
 

Even if Weinstein were to be acquitted in New York he will most likely die in prison. He’s not a well man.
