CPAP, but I'm a nose breather and my CPAP, just goes to my nose---can't get any air when I'm sick.  But, just thinking about it, I might get a full face mask and see if I can use it when I'm sick.

I've never gotten a flu shot. Also, I can't remember the last time I had the flu. Mebbe as a kid. 

Like I said, I prefer to let my immune system do it's job. It's never let me down yet.

I used to work a job that took me into some really nasty environments full of mold, moisture, sewage, bacteria, etc. Those years were the healthiest years of my life. After I quit smoking, at least. Now that I don't do that for a living anymore, I have found that good hand hygiene is the biggest key to maintaining good health. And of course, taking vaccines. Which I only do because I work in health care and it's more for the patients than it is for myself. If I didn't have easy, free access to them, I would probably not get them.

That exposure to nasty environments likely boosted your immune system and kept it up to date on the latest iterations of various illnesses. 

Maintaining a healthy diet, getting plenty of exercise and sun would do most people as much, if not more, good than just getting the latest vaccine. Don't you think?

I wouldn't disagree with you, but I'm not a doctor and am willing to admit I don't know. Seems reasonable, and I do eat a giant salad most working days for lunch, which I'm sure has contributed to my good health.

Well, I'm glad you saw it...because it says the PEOPLE who don't want them are doing what THEY can do...so yes, that's the person themselves. So maybe do a better job reading or if you don't understand ask, before you accuse me of anything.  You will come off looking a lot less foolish than you do in these last few posts. 

And no even if it was someone other than the person is deciding that you do what you can to be healthy and prevent the spread of disease, it wouldn't mean I support a mandate. My office has a policy than if you suspect you maybe sick, that you have signs of COVID(fever, loss of taste) you stay home to prevent the spread to other employees, that doesn't mean we are mandating you get a vaccine.
