That is because you are ignorant of how our money system works and why it is corrupt and why it actually does enslave people to it.   It is not a Marxist statement, it is a factual statement.  Every country on the face of the earth which are under debt based currencies are drowning in debt.  Why is that?  Because they spend too much?   Nope.  Because the system is designed to create exponentially growing debt which is 100 percent impossible to eliminate.  No matter what we spend the final outcome is we are drowning in debt.  The only thing reducing spending does is slow down the point we get there.  THE SYSTEM IS NOT HONEST.  It was designed by the banking industry to enslave us to banks and their ability to create debt by simply printing paper.  It was a fatal error of the US to give this power to semi-private corporation which has extremely limited government oversight.  I speak 100 percent truth and facts.

What a effing ignorant comment.  I said nothing about being against capital.   Our fiat debt based money system allows private banks the right to print money (something Our Constitution correctly empowered the government to do) and charge our citizens interests for doing so in a way which is inheriently IMPOSSIBLE to ever pay back.  There is not enough money in our entire system to eliminate the debt.  I really don't know what you don't understand.  It is not capital which enslaves us, it is a system which is rigged against the people and makes private banks our masters.   Can you not see that we have amassed debt which can never be paid back and it is not from spending too much.  The total debt inside the system both private and public will continue to rise exponentially no matter what we do.  If we had an honest currency, there would be enough money within the system to pay down the debt.  That is why we are slaves to this fatally-flawed system.  It has nothing to do with communism or some anti-captal agenda.  Quite being so stupid.

Any proposal which describes or calls for the overthrow of such a system & replacement with a purportedly “honest” one is inherently communistic. Marx described the very same “doomed” currency-debt cycle you are describing as a “monotonous operation,” this is what he meant by “chains.” The laborer is perpetually chained to his own employment by this system, hence his call to throw off their “chains.” One of the first things Lenin’s Soviet did was cancel all of Russia’s debts & replace the currency, to “free” the worker.
