Agreed, I think he's asking everything he can from the little hair he has left, and it is valiantly trying to please him. But my point is, as you agreed with, it's not a rug. But yes I do view Biden as better qualified in every way - education, knowledge, ability to understand and retain briefing, emotional stability, and psychological profile. I do agree that Trump has more energy, that is definitely obvious, but he uses it for deceptive or inaccurate or abusive or longwinded or nonsensical or evasive answers in those same interviews you mention. IMO presidents, like Biden but as they always have, except for Trump, should state briefed positions on matters that reflect consistent government policy.
