peenie 1,906 Posted February 24 Anyone watching? So far it’s meh. I’m thinking it will pick up as the season progresses. I’m disappointed that the theme song isn’t as good as it was in the other seasons.
thegeneral 2,943 Posted February 24 Have enjoyed both seasons. One in on this season. They are a slow build. Hopefully they can do it again.

thegeneral 2,943 Posted February 25 The dude behind all this has quite the scam going here. Pick an exotic location, create a story based on people vacationing at the place, film for 5 months on location at the hotel. Dude is a genius. Pretty sure he came up with this idea while high at some high end resort. Was also a contestant on Survivor.

Each season had a ne location. One was here in New Orleans. I applaud it.

Get all of his friends together, go to an exotic location and have a blast filming.

Write a show that takes place in Alaska in winter - last season of True Detective. Write a series that takes place in a 10 locations in a post apocalyptic world where you are dirty and crawling around in tunnels - Last of Us. Or write one that takes place at the Fairmont in the South Pacific about people on vacation. Even your cheap, simpleton ass can see the value in this! This is Mike White the guy who had a cameo in School of Rock

May I suggest you watch less tv and try reading a book for a change? Try Steve Berry as he devotes the last chapter of every book to explaining what events actually happened in history and which he made up for his protagonist (usually ex US Justise Department operative Cotton Malone) as he travels the world solving unique mysteries a la Dan Brown. It's pretty clear Steve has made a career traveling the world, learning about this history of all types of places and writing fictional books around his own experiences. Just like literally thousands of other authors have. Such a novel, pun and sarcasm intended, idea.

Anything you say he will argue the opposite. Since I've put him on ignore he's looking for another partner. Have fun!
thegeneral 2,943 Posted February 25 Season 3 is building just like the others so far so good. I had forgotten what happened with the bald guy who showed up in this season who was with Jennifer Cooledge’s character. He has money now apparently but I thought he wasn’t rich in previous seasons.
