2025 NFL Draft Profile - WR Emeka Egbuka

Recommended Posts

Could be the Rookie WR1 and a PPR machine with a good landing spot. I love this Kid.

By far the best route runner and most disciplined WR in this class.

He seemed to fall off last year from 2023.

Mr Football Guru, I have a question about this player.

In my non ppr league, Rbs go very quickly, and it’s a 14 team league, so I load up with Rbs early, I’ve been doing a lot of mocks, and Emeka  has a very good adp, do you think he can post wr3 or better numbers while Godwin is out, and how would you rank him once Godwin returns.  Appreciate your help.

If Godwin is out, I think Egbuka can easily post WR3 numbers. I said earlier this offseason that he will likely be drafted like a WR5 but has WR3 upside. (I was talking PPR, however.)

When Godwin is healthy, I imagine we are looking at more of a low-end WR4 type. With that said, I'm not sure a lot of WR4/5s only need one thing to happen to become every-week starters. I think that might be the case with Egbuka, so I would draft him as if he is going to be a WR4.

Based on age and history with Godwin and Evans, I see this as a great call with lots of upside.

I don't know a whole a lot about Egbuka. But, I am going to make a bold guess that he will end up around a WR #2 in fantasy football type numbers. My guess is 65 catches, 740 yards and 9 TD.

Even after Godwin returns, he would become #3 I would think.

He’s a late rd target for me in my 14 non ppr.  I’m hoping his adp doesn’t change, but I’m sure it will when positive news starts being reported about him, plus Godwin missing time.
