Why Does Trump Never Bring Up ?

When talking about the border, why does Trump never mention Carter in 80 bringing in all those Cuban criminals that almost destroyed Miami in the 80's  and the movie Scarface was based on. Think that would add even more support to his cause.

It's kind of funny that it was the Demonrats that allowed all of those people to flood into our country and 50 years later almost all of them vote Republican.
